Merch Update

Dear VGHS fans and supporters,

On Monday the 18th of December we received the unexpected news that our merchandise partner, Second City Prints, had suddenly ceased operations, laid off their entire staff, and had their accounts frozen by their creditors.

This means if you’ve placed an order and have not received it, in all likelihood, you will NOT be receiving your order.

Our goal is for you to get your money back. Since SCP cannot process refunds any longer due to frozen accounts, the best course of action is to issue a chargeback through your bank or credit card. We’ve been assured that SCP will not deny chargeback requests for unshipped orders like yours. If you run into any issues, please contact us at vghs@rocketjump.com and we will work with you directly to figure out a solution.

Obviously, this sucks (especially since it’s the holiday season), and we plan on making this right, but need time to figure out the finer details. Upon learning the news this week, I immediately hopped on a red eye to Chicago to get on the ground and figure out what’s going on. We’re doing everything we can to get clarity on the order statuses, our own inventory, and we’re scrambling to find a new partner for merch fulfillment. This will take a little bit of time to iron out, but we’re making progress.

We are deeply sorry for the sudden notice and long delays incurred. We know this is the last thing you should be dealing with during the holidays. We promise to do what we can to make things right, but need the dust to settle first.
